Is the new JV series compatible with JO system?: No, JV series is not cross-compatible with JO as they both operate on different power output.
How many devices can I put in a single JV system?: You can have maximum 1 door and 2 internal monitors(master and an expansion).
Do I need to supply power for my electric strike with JV system?: JV system offers three options for relay output. The internal monitors offer N/O dry contact while the door station offers both N/O dry and wet contact. The door station also has an input for a rex button.
Can I use mobile app with the JV system?: Unfortunately, at this moment the JV system does not have a WIFI monitor to enable mobile phone application usage.
