Yes, upgrade the firmware on all of the IXG devices. Click here and download the latest version of the firmware for each type of IXG device. Then update the firmware in the IXG Support Tool under Maintenance – Firmware Update.
Each time you open the IXG Support Tool, make sure it is in advanced mode by going to View – Advanced.

If the status lights continue to flash after a reboot, it is possible it is unable to find an internet connection, at which point the network settings of the device should be reviewed. Most likely, the Default Gateway or DNS information is incomplete or incorrect.
